WELCOME TO CHRONOS

Login to your account at app.chronossolutions.ai with your Phone Number and Password to setup your account.  Remember to put a 1 infront of your number when logging in.

1. Setup Services

To get started, you will need to setup your offered services.  Clients can only book one service at a time, so if you combine services make sure to create it as a single service.  For example, Haircut with Style & Blow-dry.

If your service has a processing time where you plan to fit in other clients, enable processing time when you create the service.  For example, during a Highlight and Haircut you can fit in another client while the highlights are processing.

2. Availability Times

Before clients can start booking via text on Chronos, you will need to setup your general availability times.  This would be your standard work week, for example, Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm.

You can add blackout times for entire days or small blocks, or remove availability on any given day.  You maintain complete control over your schedule. 

3. Appointments

After your services are setup you can begin adding appointments.  â€‹You can customize the time for each client while setting up the appointment. 

 

When the appointment is saved the client will receive a text notification.  Clients will receive reminders one day before and 2 hours before their scheduled visit.

*Remember to put a 1 in front of your client's numbers.  For example 19135411446

4. Adding Clients

Clients can be entered individually, when you schedule their 1st appointment, or during their initial text to your assistant.  Clients enter their information via text and are automatically added to your list.

 

As new clients are entered, Chronos will send them a greeting text.  You can also post your Chronos number to your Social Media accounts to let clients know they can text "Hi" to Chronos and schedule their next appointment.

5. Texting Chronos

Stylists will receive text notifications from Chronos whenever an appointment is scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled.  You can also text Chronos to schedule an appointment for a client or check your availability.  

6. Client Experience

Clients can schedule or reschedule appointments by texting Chronos 24/7.  Clients will be able to select from your services and schedule appointments during your available times.

When you're finishing an appointment, its a great time to have your clients text your Chronos number to schedule their next appointment.
